720 ml bottle. Light carbonation. Fruity nose, minerals, citrus. Sweet, minerally, citrus, stone fruit. Tasty, tingly, with a peppery finish and very light carbonation. Full and smooth.

Glass, served warm. Dry, creamy, funky yamahai nose. Sweet and spicy, vanilla, yogurt. Full, smooth body. Spicy finish. Good but not great.

Funky, sharp, and fruity yamahai aroma. Sour, funky flavor is interesting and fun. Not really great, but tasty and funk-ass.

HUGE ginjoka aroma: pepper, spice, sawdust. Fragrant and flowery. Spicy flavor, fruity and sweet. Good, very typical version of a daiginjo.
