Glass at the Kintetsu Station standing bar. Clear. Bright fruit nose, apple, pear, orange, spicy ginjo-ka. Spicy koji flavor, crisp, light, fruity, with pear and apples. Clean finish. Nice hiyaoroshi Ginjo.

Glass at the standing bar. Slightly yellowish tint. Rich rice nose, light fruity tartness, savory umami. Rich umami rice flavor, slightly tart, apple and orange. Almost seems like kimoto but I don't think it is. Definitely \"umakuchi\" savory and rich. Should be good warm.

Cup at the Kyoto Jorei Summit. A bit yellow. Rich nose nose, koji, peppery ginjo ka. Big tropical fruit flavor, great spice, fruity ginjo. Fresh and lovely.

Taster. Full, rich rice nose, deep and tasty flavors of stewed fruit, vanilla, caramel. Very silky and oily. Good stuff. Much nicer than the iwai rice version.

720 ml bottle as a gift. Minerally, dry, and fruity nose, orange, lemon, some melon. Clean and light. Ethereal fruitiness in the mouth, sweet, peach, melon, orange and some cherry. Ethereally light and airy, refined and elegant daigin, not my personal preference, but a well done sake.

Poured from a 1.8 liter bottle into my frosted sake glass. Slightly cool November cellar temperature. Clear and colorless, butnslightly viscous and oily looking. Aroma of rice, spicy ginjoka, a bit of citrus, slight alcohol fumes. Rich rice flavor, rather sweet, quite fruity. A bit of ginjoka perfume. Oily palate, but light. Tasty and clean. Good, with big fruit: citrus, cherry even, grapes. Interesting.
