720 ml bottle from Yamamoto. Lightly funky, dusty nose, rice and fruit: pears, mikan, plus some peppery spice. Clear, oily. Spicy, slightly hot and abit of funky koji, rice, fruits. A touch of caramel. Rich and bold. Rather sweet, and somewhat boozy. Good, but I find it a bit too hot from alcohol. Nice, rich kimoto flavor, though.

Fruity, slightly toasty aroma of rice, cherry, persimmon. Rich and nice.
Flavor if rice, hot alcohol, fruit. Very dry, and just a bit funky. A bit of caramel, vanilla. Definitely dry, but with a nice light sweetness in thebackground, and good rice flavor. A bit too boozy. Nice enough.
