720 ml bottle from Yamamoto. Clear, shiny, viscous. Fruity ginjoka aroma, spicy, cedar, lemon, sudachi, mellow rice. Soft and mellow. Sweet, rich, creamy, citrus and atone fruit, apple , pear, hint of hinoki. Full and smooth from the year of aging. Nice fresh hiyaoroshi.

Glass at Fu. Huge fruit nose, spicy, peppery, ginjo-ka all the way. Soft and fruit, citrus, apple. Full, rich body. Great fruit and nama spiciness.

720 ml bottle from Yamamoyo. Cloudy white, not thickly so. Big fruity nose, apple, pear, grapefruit, rice, light vanilla, minerals. Quite sweet, slightly milky, big fruit, mostly citrus but some tropical, alcohol, koji, peppery finish. Interesting. Slightly too sweet but finishes spicy. Pushing nigori level in cloudiness and yeast character, bit light, slightly spritzy. Good stuff.

Bottle pour at a sake event in Osaka. Huge spicy jingoka nose. Medium sweetness, airy and light, rather ethereal body, with great spiciness and subtle fruits. Very nice.
