Bottle at home, handsome red label and moderate price range grabbed me as was craving sake. You’d be hard pressed to tell this isn’t water based on appearance and clear water at that. Nose is almond, some earth, and anise. Tastes of almond, coconut meat, anise, lemon cookie. On sweet side.

at this new Niigata only sale place near my work. Clear pour small nose of pears and rice. Tastes of light alcohol, rice, pear and lychee. Pretty smooth only hint of burn. Tasty enough

Bottle 300ml. clear glass.
Crystal clear water alike color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy rice, coconut - almonds. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, rice, sweet, alcohol, coconut. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20131229]

Bottle. No head. Color is water. Aroma and taste are rice malt, almonds, alcohol and has a warming dry finish.
