Bottle at home, handsome red label and moderate price range grabbed me as was craving sake. You’d be hard pressed to tell this isn’t water based on appearance and clear water at that. Nose is almond, some earth, and anise. Tastes of almond, coconut meat, anise, lemon cookie. On sweet side.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear as water without head. Aroma is sweet, cooked rice, almond and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish with a little alcohol. 291213

Bottle. No head. Color is water. Aroma and taste are rice malt, almonds, alcohol and has a warming dry finish.
