Taster at Kamosuya. Lots of koji in the nose, a bit funky rice, overly ripe pears, some apples. Sweet and a bit boozy, creamy rice, light ripe fruits. Ok.

300 ml bottle from Rakuten in a set of 10 sakes from Shiga. Rich rice nose, light, spicy koji, bit of pear. Shiny, oily, clear and colorless. Full ricy flavor, sweetish, creamy, some milk. Solid junmai, rich, bit sweet, full. A bit old school but clean and nice.

Taster, from the unlabeled bottle, at Plus sake. Bottled that very morning, I was told. Round, fruity nose, melon, mango, koji. Amazingly fruity and fresh. Sweet, smooth, flavor, with alcohol, peaches, light caramel, and bit strong, as it is a genshu, but the fresh, fruity flavor is amazing.
