Bottle pour at 1038. 2018 bottle. Very spicy ginjo-ka and koji nose. Green apples. Clear. Dry and spicy, very fruity, nice apple. Richa dn fruity but nicely dry. Good.

Glass at komachi. Nose is fvruity rice. Melon and citrus. Rather full body, smooth, a bit of alcohol burn. Fruity flavor, nice rice, rather sweet, but not too much. Good but not exceptional.

Poured from the bottle at the 2013 Westin Miyako Kyoto Sake Festa. Somewhat minty, herbal nose, retronasal alcohol. Full body, but light. Fruity and herbal with a bit of menthol-surprising.

Poured from the bottle at the 2013 Westin Miyako Kyoto Sake Festa. Somewhat spicy nose, pears. Sweet flavors, less creamy than the karakuchi. Fruity, light esters, pepper and spices. Low ginjo-ka. OK.
