Taster at Jam. Aged for several years, probably, at close to 0 degrees. Aged, slightly oxidized nose, though not like an intentional koshu. Caramel, rice pudding. Crystal clear, like water. Funky, aged flavor, caramel, vanilla, full but clean. Very smooth and full, though not heavy like a koshu, just a very refined, aged, daigin. Excellent.
