From the bottle at Kushiyaki Tokuri, Tokyo, Japan. Pours transparent white. Aroma is slight anise. Body is fairly dense. Taste has good sweetness, no bitterness. Finish is long and sweet.

Taster at Jam. Nose of peaches and pears. Full, sweet flavor, lots of rich fruits. Nicely tangy, pear, sweet apples. Rich and refined. Quite nice, good for summer.
