720 ml bottle. Clear, slightly icy. Dry nose, with medium peaches and oranges, very ripe pears and a touch of mineral. Slightly herbal too. Unique nose. Medium dry, spicy, tingly, alcohol, pears, light mineral. This is suppose to be super dry, and maybe it is, but the ripe pears tend to fool you. Not sweet, though, actually. But of rubbing alcohol in the finish. Fun stuff.

Taster at Jam. Cloudy with bubbles. Yeasty nose with rice, melon, some sakuramochi (rice cakes wrapped in pickled cherry leaves). Lemony, citrus flavor, lichee, rather tart and lightly bitter. Interesting.

Taster at Jam. Great spicy, fruity nose, tropical with mango and pineapple, also peppery spices. Light, ethereal body. rich fruity flavor. Excellent stuff. Rice is milled to Daiginjo levels, but supposedly he used lower-grade rice, so does not call it a daigin. Anyhow, this was lovely.
