720 botte from Yamamoto. Aromatic nose, fruity, esters, some citrus and spice. Slightly sweet, fruity, peaches, apricots, oranges, some tropical fruit. Silky, smooth, oily body. Not heavy, tough. Very nice sake, a bit of alcohol burn.
