Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A colourless Sake with virtually no head. Aroma of rice, strong yellow fruits, boozy. Taste of medium sweet yellow fruits, mild fruits, mellow, rice, not too strong, easy to drink!

720ml bottle from Japan Centre, London. Sweetish nose like cake and dessert wine. A bit like the white chocolate from the KitKat Saké-chocolate. Smooth and slightly sweetish beginning. Cake, fresh rice, moderate sweet with moderate alcohol. Not too deep, refreshing, a bit sticky and not too deep. Interesting flavour profile, no long aftertaste. Interesting Saké for desserts, but just for enjoying I miss a bit depth.

720 ml bottle. Nose of melon, cantaloupe in particular, peaches, oranges. Fruity, rather sweet flavor, nice rice. Light and silky. Good junmai, goes down well with food.
