Taster. Bright fruity summery sake. Full flavored, citrus fruit, a bit tropical. Lovely and rich but crisp and refreshing. Dangerous.

Taster. Sour and tart. Nose comes across a bit like a badly done lambic, but the flavor is watery. Some rice pudding, salad, lemon. Boring and weird.
