Glass at Esora. SPicy nose, rice, rich, oranges, light cedar, pepper. Nice fruity, rich flavor with lots of ginjo-ka and some tropical fruit. Rich, smooth, lovely palate. Great. Reminds me of Houou Biden.

Taster. Light and fruity, sweet rice flavors, a bit lactic. Somewhat thin for a genshu, but very light and drinkable with nice fruit.
