900ml Bottle from Japan Centre. Fresh and slightly rice-grainy but fruity nose. The Saké starts very fruity, mild and clear. smooth grainy rice hints, fruity melon and pear, very clear and fruity with a moderate grainy sweetness. Very easy to drink with hints of sweetish grain in the back, fruity pears, fresh and round. A bit dry dusty, round and nice.

Clear crystal water colored with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy rice, coconut, soft alcohol, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, buzzy, sharp rice, alcohol, fruity, coconut. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. Taster from the Aeon PET bottle version. Clear and a bit oily. Plain nose, some alcohol burn, a bit of rice. Soft, fruity sweetness which is much better: peach and melon, and some vanilla and rice candy. Light but rounded. Nice dry fruitiness. Good but not great.
