Description
Yonetsuru was a leader in the local sake brewing industry and was a pioneer in growing quality sake rice locally and producing sake from it. Today about half of the rice shipped from the Jimoto area is sake rice, which is suitable for sake brewing. 720 ml bottle from Takashimaya. Very fruity nose: vcherries, melon, ripe pear, and a touch of spice. ily, viscous looking. Sweet with a bit of alcohol hear, rich fruit, almost in a stewed sense. Lightly spicy. Peppery. Smooth and silky body. Good hiyaoroshi.
