Drank cold. The color is dull yellow. The olfactory intensity is high and lasts sufficiently. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas find hints of floral, grainy and spices. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of strong sake. The aroma on the tongue is rather dry. The body is structured. The taste intensity is high, and the taste persistence is good. The taste is pleasant. Notes of cereals, spring water, whiskey, gin, spices, white pepper and minerals arrive on the palate.

Glass at Ezora. Bug fruity nose, tropical fruit, stone fruits. Juicy. Oily looking, full body. Sweet and fruity flavor. Put me off at first, but lovely fruit flavors coming through here. tropical and peaches and some orange. Very nice, full sake.

Bottle at home not bad for price. Slight yellowish hue. Nose is honey dew and sugar. Tastes of melon, light peach, touch of avocado, hard candy. Slick and slightly chewy syrup palate. Some alcohol on finish.

720 ml bottle from Yamamoto. rich nose \"hojun\". Peaches, melon, rice, koji, oranges. Oily, shiny. Full body, fruity, full yet dry, with a dry, slightly alcoholic finish. Nice citrus and tropical fruits though. The name fits well, rich but not sweet.
