Bottle Pour at Tomiya. Clear and viscous. Spicy, rich rice nose. SMooth and soft, full body. Not su much of the ginjo-ka fruitiness, but a ripe, full junmai rice. Nice.

180ml bottle. Ricy, creamy nose, some vanilla and booze. Oily and thick looking. Sweet, and a bit hot, more fruity with vanilla and rice, some grape and pear. Decent fruits but a bit hot. Ok.

300 ml bottle shared by KBL. Rich rice nose, somewhat creamy, a touch of vanilla and caramel. Lightly peppery spice. Clear, somewhat oil. Rich and full, some esters, peach, very peppery, prickly, a bit of alcohol. Very rich, silky, full. Simple, but really quite nice. Rich rice.

300 ml bottle. Oily, creamy rice nose, booze, over-ripe peaches. Oily and shiny. Sweet, silky flavor, full, rice and grain, rich koji. Decent. Very milky and creamy, not all that interesting.

Glass from a 1.8 liter bottle. Sweet and fruity, nose of citrus, and stone fruit, with good ginjo-ka. Light, airy. Easy drinking. Not all that complex, but nice enough.
