The Shimanto River is said to be the last clear stream in Japan. The company began brewing sake in the lush green mountains of the upper reaches of the Shimanto River.
We do not drown in the crown, we do not decorate, and we cherish our simple hearts.

The clarity of the liquid is crystalline. The taste on the nose feels like a lot of rice as a dominant aroma and finds the fruity and resin as secondary aromas. The olfactory intensity is high and elegant. The olfactory persistence is appreciable. The body is structured. The sweetness on the tongue is light. The taste intensity is high, and the taste persistence is good. The taste is enjoyable. The finish is long, dry and clean. In the mouth the aroma brings hints of vanilla, fruit, smoke and resin.
