Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A colourless Sake. Aroma of strong yellow fruits, some liquorice and mellow. Taste of strong yellow fruits, rice, anis, boozy finish.

Bottle from Sake-Kontor, Berlin. Fantastic floral fruity nose of fresh fruits and melon. The Sake starts extremely mild and smooth. The alcohol is in the back, not too sharp. The fruitiness is intense and very soft. Fantastic mild body, melons and ripe pears there, very soft texture with hints of alcohol in the back. Round and smooth, very fragile and fruity with a subtle sweetness. Fantastic Sake, soft, smooth and very fruity.
