Slow gusher. Biggish beige head. Deep red body made hazy by small particles. Smoky papery farmyard aroma with earthy notes. Weird. Dry-sweet smoky earthy papery taste with rye notes. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Light body. No real aftertaste; the taste just fades out pretty quickly, leaving behind some buttery alcohol. Drinkable in a pinch. Seriously weird, and probably infected. (0.33l bottle from .dk.)

Bottle. A reddish, very dark brown beer topped by a small, tan head. Alcohol, some licorice and roasted, coffee-like aroma. Too much in a way, but also quite nice. Some meaty scents too. The flavor has a touch of acetone, but is mostly roasted, with chocolate and cooffee. Full-bodied and warming, finishing with a lasting but not intense alcohol burn and burnt malts. Some sugary sweetness too. Overall, definately not bad, but too alcohol focused and a bit out of shape it seems. 100326

Bottle. A hazy yellowish golden beer, sparkling and with a big white head. Slightly milky nose with citrus. rather strange. Refreshing citrusy flavor with some crackery maltyness and a decent bitterness. Medium body, dry and fizzy. Fruity, citrusy and slightly bitter finish. A refreshing beer, but not super good. There’s something unusual about it, or just beginning signs of infection. 100108
