Taster at Kuboshima. Crystal clear, glassy. Nose is grainy rice, a bit toasty, apple. Flavor is very herbal and almost medicinal, citrus, rather weird but very unique. Not sure I dig it.

Taster at Kuboshima. Hazy, oily, a bit thick. Somewhat faint fruity nose. Fresh rice, a bit heavy, caramel apples. Sweet and hot flavor, oily, vanilla and caramel, stone fruit. Shiboritate feeling is nice, but somewhat pedestrian.
