720 ml bottle from Kanazawa. Comes form what may be the smallest sake brewery in the land. Cool sky blue glass. Nice fresh nose, apples, koji, ginjo-ka, rice. Sweet and hugely fruity, though crisp and far from cloying. Wow, it really takes off, apple, pear, some peach, orange, spices, pepper. Big full body. Fresh, good shiboritate. nicely spicy finish. Good stuff. Almost juicy.
