Description
The brewery is located in Mitsui County, Fukuoka Prefecture, along the clear waters of the Koishiwara River, which flows into Kyushu's largest river, the Chikugo River, in the Chikugo Plain, a region of idyllic rice paddies. Since its establishment, the brewery has continued to make the most of the power of nature to create authentic sake.

Drank cold. The consistency of the liquid is clear. The color is an infinite style of green. The olfactory intensity is high, and the continuity is appreciable. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas is of vanilla, tropical fruit and melon. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of strong and solid sake. The aroma on the tongue is slightly dry. The body is structured. The taste intensity is high, and the taste persistence is good. On the palate the aftertaste is intense and persistent. The taste is very pleasant. The final mouth sensations are of drinkable sake. The finish is silky, dry and clean. The roof of the mouth brings hints of melon, fruit, mushroom, nuts, licorice, anise, white pepper, tropical fruit and umami.
