Drank at room temperature. The consistency of the liquid is clear and transparent. The color is straw yellow. The olfactory intensity is high, and persistence is appreciable. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas is reminiscent of hints of vanilla, coconut, dried apricot, kiwi, mimosa, umami, almonds and spring water. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of medium strength’s sake. The aroma on the tongue is rather dry. The body is full. The taste is high and the persistence is good. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are of drinkable sake. The taste is given tones of vanilla, peach, strawberry, gin, spices and black pepper.

180ml paper carton from Lawson. Don't expect much. Faint nose, lightly fruity, dry, bit of rice, melon, peach. Nothing off about it, though. Clear. Looks like water. Dry and fruity. Light citrus and melon, light rice sweetness. Crisp, clean, inoffensive, which surprises me for the price of about ¥100. Maybe just a bit bitter and raspy in the finish, but a drinkable sake for dirt cheap. Nothing really good about it, however, just not much that is bad, which is a pleasant surprise.
