200 ml glass cup with some cute Nagano mascot on it. Rich stone fruit and rice nose. Some citrus, par, spice. Clear and water looking. Dry rice and fruit flavor, citrus, pineapple, apricot. Rather dull body and finish, but nice.

300 ml bottle bought at Aeon in Iida city. Pours a thick, milky white. Nose of rice, lemon, vanilla, rice pudding, koji. Creamy, lemony flavor, vanilla, rice pudding. Thick and full bodied. Drinking in summer and this could use ice. Nice citrus and apple notes though.

300 ml bottle, chilled, at Hirugami Onsen Tsurumaki Hotel. Clear. Crisp fruity nose, apple, pear, light lemon. Clean, crisp rice. Fruity yet rather dry. Crisp and refreshing, light and fruity. Really nice summer sake.
