300 mll bottle. nose is perfumed koji, rich rice, apple, pear, citrus. Very fruity. Just a slight yellowish tint to clear sake. Sweet, fruity, rice, koji, slightly savory, pear, apple, light apricot. Touch of tartness. A bit sweet as well. Not huge rice richness or body for a junmai,, but more like a jungin. Quite spicy and floral and very fruity. Slight dull body, but prettty great overall, especially considering the low price.

180 ml paper cup. Perfectly clear. Big, fruity nose, pear, apple, lemon, spicy, peppery koji. Soft, ricy flavor, bit fruit, spices, peppery. Not as fruity And refined as their Gantaku, but still damn good. Rather light in body, with a slightly bitter finish.

720 ml bottle. Clear, slightly viscous. Huge fruity nose. Pear, apple, strawberry, lemon, rice, koji, cedar. Lovely. Silky, smooth, huge fruits, also some mango, nectarine, grapefruit, spicy koji. Full body but not heavy. Wonderful, and a steal at around ¥1200. Great local sake from Nagano.
