Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted, vegetable, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, vegetable, malt and yeast residue. From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and mild fruity. Smooth fruity and light bitter flavoured. Subdued sweetness and dry hoppy into a bitter finish. Ends dry and crisp hoppy.

At Copenhagen Beerfestival, on May 8, 2010. Draught.Slightly hazy golden color, white head. Fresh, fruity, malty scent, some yeast notes. Malty, bitter, aromatic, fruity taste. Rather high afterbitterness. Medium mouthfeel. Some phenolic estery taste as well.

At Copenhagen Beerfestival, on May 8, 2010. Draught.Hazy amber color, white head. Fresh, fruity scent, nice mix of floral hops and sweet malt. Slight bit acidic, but not bad, more in a fresh way, taste. Sweetmalt, some minerals. Medium fresh mouthfeel, mineral aftertaste. Medium low bitterness. A hint of smoke and some phenoles to clove and spam/ham in the scent as well.
