Draught. Mild, boring aroma. Slightly hazy copper colour. Thin, watery flavour with a hint of citrus and a bready, grainy aftertaste.

[At Københavnske Øldage 2005] A hazy orange beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty with some hints of metal, and a dry hoppy alcoholic end. A little too simple for my liking - I’d like the alchol disquised a little better with a more complex flavor.

A hazy red beer with no head. The aroma is slightly sour with lots of berries. The flavor is dominated by berries with a slight sourness in the background, while the end is dry. In my book, this is not a Mild Ale.

A red beer with a collapsing light brown head. The aorma is slighly sweet with notes of berries and malt. The flavor is very berry with lighter notes of yeast and cowberries. The end is dry and with an OK bitterness, while the mouthfeel is smooth.

Draugh
Amber color. Some brown sugar aroma, with caramel. Quite round body, with caramel, fudge, some sweetness, malt, some nuts and a good bitterness. A nice try, and pleasant to drink.

Draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen. Nut brown, clear, average head. Roasty with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Sweet with notes of burnt sugar and butter. Lingering and growing bitterness. Flawless and fairly pleasant, but doesn’t provide anything extra.

An unclear amber beer with a small orange head. The aroma is very light hoppy. The flavor is sweet, with a low carbonization, but loads of caramel and some hops both giving it a floral aroma and bitter hops to give it a nice balance, without making it really bitter.
