Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a HUGE and frothy, beige head leaving some lacework. Faint roasty nose with a hint of licorice and smoke. Fairly light in body - almost watery actually. Slight roast and smoke and again a licorice touch. Slightly metallic. Next to no bitterness. 260423

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some funk and mild grainy and earthy tones. Flavour is quite similar with some mild grassy and earthy tones with dusty elements. Some grainy and herbal grassy tones.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Honeyish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some mild toffee and a bit herbal and earthy tones. Flavour is floral, mild toffee, diacetyl and some nice apple and herbal tones.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Distinct Brett aroma!! Medium body, dry with a lactic tartness and some Brett notes. Tart and dry finish with no real bitterness. Clearly infected with both wild yeast and lactic acid. 130423
