Deep red brown beer with a small, medium lasting head. Caramel and malt dominates the aroma. Deep malty flavour, balanced with enough bitterness not toappear bready. My kind of doppelbock.

(On tap) Clear, amber golden with a creamy, off-white head. Spicy aroma of both citrus and ginger. Has a very sweet malt base - almost sugary. Subdued bitterness. Not very balanced. 120507

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light citrus note from the hops. The flavor is boringly sweet malty with light citrusy notes towards the end. Not bad, but not exciting either.

Pitch black with thick creamy lasting head. Creamy smooth oily filling body. Roasted malts - coffee & chocolate. Power lasting bitterness in both aroma and taste. Wauw, this is without any doubt the best beer the brewery have ever brewed! Fantastic!
