330mL can, pours a cloudy golden with almost no head. Nose is full of floral dry-hopping, fresh apple core, and gentle acidity. Flavour is dry, with plenty of floral dry-hopping, apple core, and gentle acidity. Dry, floral and lightly acidic finish. Nothing wrong here, just not overly interesting.

375mL can. Pours murky dull yellow. Musty apple skins and some grassy hops on the nose. Flavour has a nice level of mustiness, some floral hops, and a dry tannic finish. Not super complex, but nicely done.

355mL can, pours a cloudy golden, no head. Nose is full of white wine barrels, crisp apple skins, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is funky and bone dry, with lots of crisp apple skins, white wine barrel, and moderate funk. Touch of tartness, finishing bone dry and nicely funky. Very nice.

355mL can. Pours a hazy gold with no head. Musty apple skins and white wine barrels on the nose. Flavour is quite dry with musty apple skins, gentle tartness, and a persistent vinous character. Very nice, dry cider.
