(swing top bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a big but collapsing foamy white head. Sweet malty cake dough aroma with a flowery note and herbal hops in the background. Initially sweet malty, slightly grainy with honey, medium bodied, smooth carbonated. Well balanced soft but fine bitter and floral hoppiness that curbs the sweetness towards the finish. Nice beer.
