Seltsake was born in a London kitchen, out of a simple question: Why isn’t sake easier to enjoy?

We loved the depth, history and elegance of sake, but found it often felt too serious, too niche or too hard to access. We wanted to create something that kept the integrity of real sake but made it light, refreshing and easy to drink.
