Nice dry tart cider. Soft, slightly pleasant almost smokiness. LCI

Sweet, mango is clearer than the pomelo. Smooth and easy drinking. LCI

Some very funky apples here. Semi-sec, intense Apple character. When you find yourself working in a beer festival on Rosh Hashanah, you find the cider and the meadery l’shanah tovah

All the floral notes from sichuan peppercorns, not so much of the heat. I’d like a bit more contrast—doesn’t give me the tingle that I want, but feels like it should. Oddly deceptive. Lots of mulling apices and apple.

Does exactly what it says—tons of tropical coconut vanilla pandan flavor

Bright floral cider, some tea notes, clean and semi-dry finish

Finally tried this one. Too much vanilla for me, hides the spice complexity and makes it big and round and open.
