Lots going on here. Sweet and savoury nose, with some definite soy character and a lot of malt caramel sweetness.get a bit of the pickled ginger note in the mouth. Unusual and can definitely see as a food beer

Described as a red rice Helles on the menu. Not getting much of the adjuncts. East slightly crisp for a Helles
