330mL can, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is lightly funky, with some champagne yeast, subdued floral hopping, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is quite dry, with rustic apple skins and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Fairly dry and quite clean. Solid.
