Can from Brewer's own stall at the Taste of Corsham food festival. Pale, lightly hazed amber with a white head. Sharp and sour in both the aroma and taste - clearly and definitely infected (other people online have had infected brews before too, so this is clearly not a one-off). Behind the infection there's a rustic, traditional bitter I think - cereal, twiggy bitterness, maybe a bit of lemon. But it was hard to tell, and I couldn't finish it due to the off notes. I don't like slagging off start up micros, but this brewer needs to take a lot more care over sterilising his equipment before brewing for the public. Although, based of the varied spelling of "biscuit" across the website and merchandise, clearly taking care is not top of his priority list.
