Poured from a bottle. Aroma is very guava forward with some light acidity and grain notes. Some lemon notes and hints of phenolics. Pours a hazy pale, yellow straw with medium sized, thick, white head that recedes to a thin film that lingers on the edges. Light lacing and no legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with some lemon notes and light wheat character. Moderately strong guava notes, but lighter than the aroma with more lemon. Light bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice beer but this blurs the line between saison and berliner. Lots of guava character. Light wheat.
