Keg at the brewpub. Clear copper gold. Thick foamy white head. Aroma has grains and a metallic streak with a light citrus edge. Medium bitter. Woody. Herbal. Citrus sour edge. Underlying malts. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation is a tad lazy. Long dry astringent finish. Punchy Pils.

Keg at the brewpub. Hazy-opaque gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma is peppery, cloves, with light banana. Flavourwise initially sour before some banana sweetness appears. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Doesn't do it for me. Too raw.

Keg at the brewpub. Opaque amber-brown. Thick foamy off-white head. Aroma has sour berries over malts (reminds me of kalja). Flavourwise it's sour with a light bitter edge. Underlying fruit. Light. Thin. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice enough. Not twiggy.

(Keg at Kellotorni, 20260723) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, coffee and dark chocolate. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, earth, lightly smoke, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste and burnt malts, ash and bitterness. A good burnt brew. The smoky notes were a little bit weird.

A very dry and bitter pils. Getting Saaz notes / even though Saaz is not used I see now), grassy hops, grains. Mouthdrying. Love it. But borderline pils though. (so very bitter). Not complaining.

(Keg at Kellotorni, 20260711) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain, hay and honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, hay, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste had grass, straw and bitterness. A clean and tasty grassy brew with pleasing mouth cleansing bitterness.
