Description
The brewery officially opened its doors on January 1, 2026, after an extensive renovation of the premises where the beer is brewed. The entire renovation was done by hand, from the first sketches to the final finish, to create a place that reflects the passion for good craftsmanship and tasty beer.

The result is bright and inviting premises, where there is space for brewing equipment, creative development and pleasant conversations about new types of beer. Every detail in the brewery has been thought through, so that there is the best framework for experimenting with taste, aroma and brewing methods.

Today, the brewery functions as a gathering point for idea development, tastings and planning of future brews. The vision is to continuously develop the range with new, exciting types of beer that combine classic brewing traditions with curiosity and the desire to try something new.

6.5/10 β€” Appearance 6 Aroma 6 Flavor 7 Texture 7 Overall 6.5
Swing top bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque brown with a neat, beige head. Distinct alcohol aroma and quite some phenols, but also fatty molasses and notes of dark, dried fruits. Rich, potent body with more of the above. Warming alcohol finish. Get rid of the phenols and this could be real good. 080826

4.6/10 β€” Appearance 6 Aroma 3.5 Flavor 4.5 Texture 6 Overall 4.5
Swing top bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, orangey golden with a lacing, off-white head. Aroma is not entirely on target, there's a faint chemical tang. Medium body, solid maltiness if not exactly crisp. Surprisingly - and daringly - bitter hop finish. Promising. 050826

6.4/10 β€” Appearance 7 Aroma 6 Flavor 6.5 Texture 7 Overall 6
Swing top bottle 50 cl. Slow, continuous gusher. Pours a cloudy, opaque reddish amber with a thick, fluffy, off-white head with excellent retention. Dusty hop aroma paired with caramelly malts. Rich malty body with plenty of biscuit and caramel yet with sufficient hops for balance. Quite enjoyable. 040826

3.9/10 β€” Appearance 6 Aroma 4 Flavor 2.5 Texture 6 Overall 3
Swing top bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, reddish amber with a small, quickly dissipating off-white head. Biscuity nose, with faint hops. Rich, sweet, biscuity body, a hint of licorice. Has a very unpleasant chemical tang probably due to a fermentation error, stressed yeast or something. Somewhat bitter finish but completely devoid of hop aromatics. 040826
