16 oz can shared by tfontana, thanks! Aroma is soft bready malt, not much else. Flavor is super light malt character with honey and bread. Does show a mild crispness. Has a very subtle Hallertau finish. Thinner in texture. Yet, ends clean.

Can (1/26/25) pour from the brewery. Lightly hazy, pale yellow, light sparkle, ephemeral head fading to ring, light lacing. Aroma is strong Pilsner malt along with basement funk (not herbal). Taste is strong Pilsner malt, strong florals. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Strong Pilsner with slight nuance. Taste is much more interesting than aroma and nice mouthfeel.

On tap at Night School Athens. Red/purpleish coloured, small off-white head, berries in the nose. Berries, salt and pretty much nothing else. Discreet bready.

Can (12/19/25) from the brewery. Lightly hazy, bright yellow, thin head, no lacing. Aroma is wheat, light clove and hint of banana (if being charitable). Taste is strong wheat along with banana and light clove. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Elements are here but hard to find (aroma) or muted (taste)--a bit weak (due to age?).

Aroma has mild clove, soft wheat, lemon. I was hoping for more of a German interpretation. This seems more of a American yeast interpretation. Lemon, clove, old wheat. Not bad in anyway I just didn’t find the traditional esters.

The aroma is of caramel, earthy notes, yeast. The flavor has a light husky grain in the base. The sweet toffee isn’t overly done and it shows some mild herbal bitterness toward the finish. Medium in body. Decent malt character.

Can from the brewery. Maple syrup amber with reddish hues, thin head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is caramel, malt and hint of fruit. Taste is brown bread, malt. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Good strength, some interest beyond run-of-the-mill red ale.
