--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy pale amber, mid sized coarse head. Quite intense aroma of lychee and pineapple. Mid sweet with medium bodu and well rounded mouthfeel. Pineapple, passionfruit and lychee on a functional but rather neutral body. Mild bitterness.

Bottled 330ml as Barley Wine Rye Whisky Barrel. One of the last beers from Ruosniemi. Thanks to Arto for a bottle. Paleish amber colour, medium-sized off-white head. Odd toffeish aroma, is it diacetyl? Light to medium-bodied. Diacetyl in front, toffee, some light smoke, dark fruits and hops. Aftertaste is not bad just quite empty and watery. Something gone wrong here? And where is whisky? (5/3/5/2/9 2.4)
Second bottle, thanks again Arto! Now clean toffeish and ryeish aroma. Medium-bodied. Rye-spiceyness, toffee, some alcohol and even hops. Nice personal rye-touch in Barley Wine. This is a good one!
