An amber and hazy beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has lots of sweetness, over riped fruitness, bananas, caramel. Taste has bananas, some over riped fruitness, drying barrel, but medium sweetness is still there, spicyness of gin in the end. Full bodied, not stickyness. You can't say this is balanced. Big beer, pretty nice.

A black beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has roastiness, liquorice, light gin and spicyness. Taste has roastiness, gin, spicyness, juniper, light dried fruitness. Medium+ bodied. Nice beer, gin barreling has definedly given something more to this beer.

33 cl bottle @ St. Mary's Park. Batch #500, BBE 03/2023 Aroma has sweet malt and toffee candy. Flavour has sweet malt, liquor, licorice and salmiac. Also alcohol. Sticky and sweet, drinkability is not that great.

ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, malty, light fruit, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220122]

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Almost clear golden, small head. Grass nose with some tangerine. Dry with fairly light body and clean mouthfeel. Hard bready malt, some spicy grass and citrus, Resinous bitter finish. Somewhat sharp.

An orange beer, a head is small and blond. Aroma has mango and grapefruit, fresh enough, hint of chalk. Taste has mango, grapefruit, some chalk, surpirisingly mild. Medium bodied. Pretty nice.
