(Keg at XX St. Urho’s Pub sahtipäivät, 20150513) The beer poured orange and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had juniper, sweetness and a hint of banana. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, juniper, fruitiness, hint of banana, sweetness and low bitterness. Aftertaste had juniper, sweetness and low bitternes. A well done balanced sahti.

Tap at St Urho, Helsinki. Colour is deep orange with almost no head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, banana, wheat and malts. Quite juicy sahti.

Draught @ St. Urhos Pub. Aroma has sweet banana esthers and floury notes. Also faint acidic notes in the background. Flavour has junpier, some ripe banana, some unpleasant acidic tones and juniper. Tart juniper in the finish. Decent.

Tap@ St. Urho?s Sahtipäivät 2015. Cloudy, brownish with no head. Banana, rye, juniper in aroma. Flavor has sweetness, ripe banana, yeast, bready notes. Refreshing, clean. Solid.

Orange, hazy body, with a big, quickly dissipating, frothy, white head.
Aroma of spices, pepper, yeast, grains, orange.
Taste is quite light, with a lot of spices, peppers, orange, yeast, some hops.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an a verage carbonation.
Finishes spicy, grainy, a bit fruity, zesty hoppy.
Good. Nice spice beer, nothing special, but very easy drinkable and quite well balanced.

Draught@HBF2015. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, grains, grass and some slight floral notes. Flavour is grassy, floral, wooden and slightly herbal.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Vantaa. BBE 1/16. Colour is black with small brownish white head. Aromas and flavours: Licorice, dark chocolate, some salt, sweetness and roasted malts. Too much licorice for me, makes this one salty and not very soft.

75 cl bottle @ Stadin Panimobaari, BBE 03/2018. Aroma has cocoa, rubbery tones and some coffee. Flavour has well roasted malt, some rubbery tones, herbal notes and mellow harsh malt notes. Some peaty and salty whisky tones can be found in the aftertaste after some sips - also alcohol is present but does not disturb. A bit disappointing still.

33cl bottle. Bbe 09/15. Amber clear, deep with a thick white head. Herbal hops, floral notes, pine in aroma. Flavor has herbs, citrus, pine and kiwi. Brutal stuff. Very bitter finish. Medium bodied. Very good regarding the abv. Nice work! Well have a lot of these bottles in the summer I think.
