Draught at SOPP 2014. Smell of ash, tar. Dark brown colour, white head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, licorice. Medium bitter, mildly sweet. Flat carbon.

Tap at SOPP 2014, Helsinki. Colour is reddish brown with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Yeast, dark fruits, banana, sweetness, some hints of whiskey and malts. Looks like sahti but tastes like sahti with an interesting twist. This is actually quite soft and not so harsh as normal sahti.
