Savoy Brewery, located in La Ravoire near Chambéry, is the result of a merger between Arav' Craft Brewery and Savoy Meadery. Founded by Tim, a passionate brewer since 2016, the adventure began in a "gypsy" style, brewing at various colleagues' places to share his vision of craft beer: authentic, uncompromising beers, brewed with passion and a desire to share.

In January 2022, a new chapter began with the move to a production facility in Saint-Martin-d'Hères. In 2025 another new chapter began by moving to La Ravore near Annecy. The newly established Savoy Brewery & Meadery combines a craft brewery and a craft meadery with a shared goal: to create modern, expressive, and accessible beverages.

Its world unfolds across three complementary ranges: Savoy Origine, dedicated to simple and refreshing recipes; Savoy Craft, focused on creative and hoppy beers; and Savoy Enthropie, centered on contemporary meads and wild/barrel-aged beers.
