0,33L bottle, batch 03. Pours dark brown with light brown head. The hea stays for some time. Aroma is smoke, dark chocolate, roast, some Genika nastiness. Flavor is sweet, roast, dark chocolate, malt, some typical Genika flavors. Overall: ok, but maybe you should try brewing this in some other place than Genika...

33cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn. Pours dark brown with a bubbly, beige head. Mild aroma of roasted malt, fermented black fruits, raisins, wood and some lightly spicy notes. Sweet and moderate roasty with fruity notes, light acidity and not much bitterness. Fair enough, but not impressive.

Bottle 330ml
Murky yellow color, small steady white head. Quite lively bottle. Light grassy aroma. Light bodied. Light sweetish maltyness, even a bit toffeish. Not real faults but feels very homebrewish.

33 cl bottle @ oh6gdx. BBE 05/2015. Aroma has strong soapy tones, apricot and herbal notes. Flavour has apricot, minerals, some grass, herbs and mild peppery tones. Foamy when pouring and high on CO2 in mouth. Messy and somewhat musty.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 05/2015
Aroma has sweetish fruit candy tones, apricot and hay. Flavour is somewhat hoppy with grapefruit, apricot, some hayish malt and minerals. Also some fruit candy. Leathery finish, perhaps a bit old. Not bad anyway. Something between golden ale and APA.

330ml bottle @ Pörgu, Tallinn Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of zesty fruits, orange peel, citrus, butter and caramel. Taste is zesty fruity but a bit stuffy and strange with hints of lemon and grassy hoppiness. Finish is sweetish and crisp with some hops, lemon and orange peel notes. A bit unbalanced.

0,33L bottle, batch 01, BB 05.2015. Pours golden with off-white head. Aroma is sweet, yeasty, fruity, some corn. Flavor is sweet, yeast, popcorn, malt. Finish has some bitterness. Overall: bad. The bottle was shaken up, but it is no excuse for this mess, especially considering the price tag.

33cl bottle from Drink shop, Tallinn. Opens with a loud bang! Slightly wannabe gusher, pours somewhat hazy deep golden to orange with a rather large head. Mild malty aroma with some hoppy notes, notes of fruits, citrus and yeast and hints of spices. Moderate sweet with mild malty and hoppy flavours and a rather pleasant bitterness. Quite fizzy and a bit thin, but refreshing and fairly enjoyable. --- Beer merged from original tick of Steampunk Evolution (official) on 11 Jan 2015 at 17:23 - Score: 5
