Description
Why Bear&Boar?
First, our brewery is located in the middle of the woods. The place is wild. There is a high chance you will meet one of these two, possibly even in the taproom.

Second, bear has an excellent sense of smell. It helps to craft exquisite flavors that will pleasantly surprise even the most experienced beer sommeliers, for example a Boar. He claims that he is one of the best tasters. This makes Bear and Boar an excellent team.

Third, they are homophones! "Bear" sounds similar to "beer" and "boar" sounds similar to "bar". So Bear&Boar is also Beer&Bar.

0,33l bottle from Bambalyne, Vilnius. A bit hazy golden beer with good but quickly vanishing head. Aroma has bubblegum, some artificial fruits and hints of yeast. Flavor has not much to offer. It has some dry and bit sour fruityness. Dry, a bit sour beer with light body and high carbonation.

Bottle? ty fatphil. Pours amber-copper. Aroma and flavor are sweet, caramel. malt. dirty, peas. Overall: not good.

Draught @ VAF2018, [ Vilnius Beer Festival 2018 ], Menu fabrikas Loftas, Švitrigailos 29, Vilnius 03209, Litauen.[ As BEAR & BOAR The Silence of the Lambs ].Unclear - hazy medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, orange, fruity hops, marmalade hops notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity malt, caramel, fruity hops, sweet malt, marmalade hops notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, spicy, soapy, witbier alike, bubble gum - minerals, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, spicy, coriander, wheat, witbier yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20181130] 6-3-6-3-12

Tap @ VAF 2018 / 30.11. Amber pour with beige foam on top. Nose is grainy, pretty malty this is. Tastes quite intense bitter, harsh and still grainy-husky. Not undrinkable but a bit too unpolished for me.
