Bottle from Systembolaget in Järpen. Wild nose. Very lively carbonation with deep yellow white wine look. Extremely sour (more than usual imo) with gentle taste that is hard to pinpoint. Another quality sour from them.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has musty farmhouse yeast, dry apple skins, and light hay. Flavour is dry, with musty apple skins, leather, and rustic barnyard notes. Bone dry, with a rustic, muted finish. Good stuff.

Thanks omhper! Amber colour, mediumsized off-white foamy head. Aroma is caramel, some mild toffee with wood and mild bready and toasted tones. Flavour is fruity, some mild toffee, toasted and a bit chocolaty and earthy tones. Mellow bitterness. Tasty.

Burk från SB. Disig mörkt bärnstensfärgad vätska med medelhögt krämigt skum. Mjölkchoklad, mjukt kaffe, toffee, lätt humlad med gräsig ganska besk humle som totalt ger en ganska torr karaktär. Trevlig
